Forms/ Booking

To make things easier for you and us, this time we will be taking bookings through the Eventbrite website. This system will issue you with e-tickets which you can print out, as well as receipts and allow later emails with further information.

You can access the Festival tickets to book here.

Eventbrite - "Beside the Sea" UK National Silk Festival 2019

If you cannot use Eventbrite for some reason (other than us still building the website!), please get in touch with us on for help.

Once you have booked onto workshops we will be putting you in touch with the tutors to deal with fees for materials and equipment seperately with them directly. In some workshops you can supply your own or buy/hire from the tutor as you please: in some workshops the session requires a kit which you are unlikely to have. They will be supplying equiment lists and any instructions for what to bring with you, and will be able to deal with any questions.

To download the Festival timetable please go to the Workshops page here. The link is about halfway down so you will have to scroll down!

To book workshop tickets see the link above to the Eventbrite website.

To book a packed lunch (£7) or the Festival Dinner (£30) also see the Eventbrite website.

To download the Accommodation form to book the Early Bird single rooms at the university next door, please go to the Accommodation page here.

To download the Challenge Entry Form please go to the homepage here.

Membership and Ticket Prices

Non-members of the National Guild of Silk Painters (GoSP) pay more for the Festival workshop tickets, because the GoSP is subsidising the costs for members to attend. But did you know it is usually cheaper to join the Guild and get the member's rate for the worskhops? Especially if you are coming for a whole day. See the GoSP website here for how to join.
