To make things easier for you and us, this time we will be taking bookings through the Eventbrite website. This system will issue you with e-tickets which you can print out, as well as receipts and allow later emails with further information.
You can access the Festival tickets to book here.
If you want to book after this date please get in touch as we usually have spare capacity on some workshops, but this is not guaranteed. Email us at:
If you cannot get Eventbrite to work for some reason (it works on laptops and tablets but not well on phones), please also get in touch with us on email@example.com for help.
Once you have booked onto workshops we will be putting you in touch with the tutors to deal with fees for materials and equipment seperately with them directly. In some workshops you can supply your own or buy/hire from the tutor as you please: in some workshops the session requires a kit which you are unlikely to have. They will be supplying equiment lists and any instructions for what to bring with you, and will be able to deal with any questions.
As we are a not-for-profit craft Guild and working with a third party venue, we may be able to issue a partial refund for tickets you wish to cancel but this is not guaranteed. If you bought your tickets through Eventbrite we will not be able to refund you their fee part of the face price (this varies by ticket) for example. If you cancel within 1 month of the event date we may not be able to refund you at all as we may not be able to resell your space. Late refunds such as these are dependent on the total level of sales and will be decided after the day of the event.
If a tutor cancels you will be offered alternative workshops or a refund (minus fees). If the whole event is cancelled by circumstances beyond our control, you will also be refunded, minus fees.
If you need to contact us about any of this please email us on our general address here and we will respond to you asap and within a week.

Non-members of the National Guild of Silk Painters (GoSP) pay more for the Festival workshop tickets, because the GoSP is subsidising the costs for members to attend. But did you know it is usually cheaper to join the Guild and get the member's rate for the worskhops? Especially if you are coming for a whole day. See the GoSP website here for how to join.
